ProPak Asia, in Bangkok, has been built around the growing needs of the ASEAN economy, serving a market of more than 600 million people across ten countries. The show increasingly attracts worldwide audiences looking to tap into Thailand’s know-hows and technologies. The event specifically focuses on the processing, filling and packaging needs of the food, seafood, confectionery, brewing, beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical, healthcare and cosmetics industries.

More than 90% of the equipment on display are from foreign companies. Adding to the global reach of the event are the many national pavilions from countries such as Australia, China, India, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Spain, Taiwan, UK etc.

In 2006, ProPak Asia attracted 21,471 trade visitors from 54 countries. This year the figure is expected to exceed 25,000 – 30,000.

ProPak Asia 2007 is held at Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre (BITEC), Bangna-Trad Rd., Bangkok, Thailand. From Wednesday-Saturday, 13th – 16th June 2007 (10.00 - 18.00 hrs.) covering 20,000 square meters of exhibition space.
