On the invitation of Bangkok Exhibition Services Ltd. (BES) and BITEC, the Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB) brought representatives of the international press from all over South East Asia including Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia and Vietnam. The Far East was also represented by press from China, Taiwan, Korea and Japan. Journalists from; India, the Middle East and Thailand were also in attendance.

The purpose of this trip was to show the delegation the potential and benefits of exhibiting both at BITEC and at ProPak Asia. The international press representative was also invited to use Thailand as an international hub for the MICE Industry.
