Thong Guan has announced that it has chosen Nextrom Holding SA, Ecublens, Switzerland, for a long term global technology collaboration agreement.

According to Mr PC Ang, Managing Director of Thong Guan Industries Berhad (Thong Guan), Malaysia, “This agreement is part of Thong Guan's long term investment plan to expand its Pallet Stretch Film production business”

In addition to the long term technology collaboration, Thong Guan has also placed a new order for one additional high speed 2 meter width cast line to complete the first set of six Nextrom cast lines, increasing its total production capacity of pallet stretch film up to 40'000 tons per year.
