SINGAPORE – The Singapore government will conduct a public consultation with relevant stakeholders at the end of 2015 to determine whether it should implement a new regulation for plain cigarette packaging.
The Ministry of Health first announced its plan for a policy to standardize cigarette packaging and related products at a public hearing with the Health Committee in the parliament on 12 March 2015.
