They should really be checking out a beer of the month club and find some micro brews to go commercial with. Kind of like american idol looks for stars.

Nah! They'd only spoil the taste & churn out even mass produced slop!

Speaking of beer & Chinese beer at that - I had a bottle of 'Snow' the other evening (a China Resources product) not bad, a bit sweet - nothing a twist of lemon wouldn't solve (I'm thinking Corona, here!), unfortunately the Chinese restaurant didn't have lemon, so I had to use my imagination!
