Cyber to distribute Presstek digital offset presses in Asia Pacific

SINGAPORE - Presstek has announced the appointment of Singapore based Cyber Pte Ltd to distribute its digital offset press portfolio in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam and Australia.

Quick turnaround
According to Presstek, the 52DI digital offset presses offer printers quick turnaround, high quality color printing in runs from 500 to 20,000.  Capable of printing on a broad range of substrates from .0024” to .02” (0.06 mm to 0.5 mm) thick, the DI supports up to 300 lpi (120 l/cm) and FM screening without incurring additional time or expense.

Highly automated, the DI digital presses combine the efficiency of an all-digital workflow with the versatility and high quality of offset printing.

The Presstek 52DI, a 52cm landscape format press, has a maximum sheet size of 20.47” x 14.17” (520 x 375 mm). The Presstek 34DI digital offset press offers the same benefits as the 52DI in a 34cm portrait format press, it has a maximum sheet size of 13.39” x 18.11” (340 x 460 mm) and produces up to 14,000 letter-size pages per hour.
